The hire system allows you to recruit workers into your team based on their skill levels, providing management of performance and risk depending on the workers' levels. As workers' levels increase, factors such as reliability rates, order speed, robbery risk, and the chance of lower prices also change. The system also includes the weekly costs and sellable items for each worker.
Hire System Details:
Worker Selection and Levels: Workers are offered in five different categories, ranging from "Trainee" to "Master." Each level determines the worker's reliability, order speed, robbery risk, and chance of offering lower prices. For instance, at the "Trainee" level, the worker's reliability rate is 30%, whereas at the "Master" level, this rate increases to 90%. The risk of robbery and chance of lower prices also decrease with higher levels.
Trainee Level Worker: A lower-skilled NPC with a high chance of attacking you, a higher likelihood of scamming you, a high risk of stealing your items and fleeing, and a greater chance of reporting you to the police.
Master Level Worker: A highly skilled NPC with a low chance of attacking you, a very low likelihood of scamming you, a minimal risk of stealing your items and fleeing, and a very low chance of reporting you to the police. They arrive to buy items from you in a specially armored vehicle, accompanied by private security NPCs. After completing the transaction, they get into their cars and leave the area.
name: Defines the level or title of the hireable NPC (e.g., "Trainee", "Amateur", "Professional").
reliability: A value representing the trustworthiness of the hired NPC. Higher reliability indicates more dependable behavior.
orderSpeed: The speed or efficiency of the NPC’s work. A higher number means faster performance in executing tasks.
robberyChance: The probability of the NPC attempting to rob or betray the player. Higher values increase this risk.
lowPriceChance: The likelihood of the NPC offering lower purchase prices for goods. A higher percentage indicates more frequent occurrences of low-price offers.
price: The hiring cost of the NPC in the game’s currency, calculated per in-game day or contract period.
day: The duration of the contract for which the NPC is hired, typically in in-game days.
item: Specifies the items that the NPC can sell or trade. Each item includes the name and its selling price. The items available vary with the NPC's level.
By adjusting these parameters, you can create a diverse range of hireable NPCs, each with unique behaviors, risks, and costs.
